Dutch painter Constant David Ludovic Artz (Paris 1870-1951 Soestdijk) Ducks by the water. The scene of the oil on panel is three ducks on the grass side and mother duck with 5 duclings in the water, surrounded by trees

Constant Artz, became best known for his waterscapes with ducks and son of David Adolphe Constant Artz (1837-1890) and often painted fishermen's life

Signed lower right and dated on reverse 28 Oct. 1948

The measurement of the panel is 13 cm high and 18 cm wide

Framed 26.6 cm high, 31.5 cm wide and the depth is 7 cm

(1 Inch = 2.54 cm)

The frame has signs of wear, but the whole is in very good condition

(incl. standard) x 50 cm x 85 cm 20th Century Ekoi people, also known as Ejagham, are an ethnic group in the extreme southeast of Nigeria and extending eastward into the southwest region of Cameroon.

The Ekoi have lived closely with the nearby Efik, Annang, Ibibio and Igbo people of southeastern Nigeria.

The Ekoi are best known for their Ekpe headdresses.

They traditionally use Nsibidi ideograms, and may be the group that originally created them.

An oil painting on panel framed with a scene of the flower fields in bloom with the beautiful colors of the flowers in Lisse, The Netherlands. The painter is Hans de Jong, born in Heemstede in 1938. Hans de Jong studied at the Amsterdam graphic school and the free Haarlem painting academy. He painted together with Arie van Noort in Heemstede. Hans de Jong paints Dutch landscape in impressionistic style

The Netherlands is famous for its tulip fields, and the most popular area to visit is the bulb region. Most fields are located around Lisse and Noordwijkerhout, where not only tulips bloom, but also many daffodils and hyacinths

(Tableau 1) Represents a squadron making a U-turn to the right with half a company in open ranks, a maneuver in use with cavalry after the Peace of 1748 and whose ineffectiveness is proven by the details. 

2nd Tableau Represents a squadron composed of platoon companies performing the appropriate maneuver to be approved because it is necessary under a thousand circumstances. 

3rd Tableau, Represents a squadron making a man-made U-turn to the right, a maneuver used in cavalry since the Peace of 1748 and which the speech sought deflection to prove. 

4th Tableau, Represents a squadron making a U-turn to the right in four steps, infinitely easy to maneuver, capable of keeping in line, and capable of being made with the utmost order in the presence of the enemy

Represent the Grand Guard in retreat in Retreat, following the principles that I had established, in the event that it would be forced to withdraw

4th Table

Represents the Grand Guard at his Night Post with all the details of the precautions to take to ensure against a surprise
